Description
The Town of Legal seeks to use this project to further develop solid asset management practices for current and future capital improvements. The Town aims to increase their understanding of the condition of the municipal owned sanitary sewer systems through conducting a CCTV inspection and analysis, as well as conducting a capacity assessment of the water and wastewater networks. Capacity modelling will also be included. By providing a roadmap for future capital needs and projected growth, this project will allow current and future staff and elected officials a basis to prioritize capital spending in the right places, thereby providing quality services to residents.
