Description
The CVRD proposes to complete condition assessments on fixed assets including solid waste facilities and parks bridge/trail infrastructure. The project consists of two phases. Phase 1 – Condition Assessments would see the completion of standardized condition assessments of the identified infrastructure with data presented in report, photos and excel file formats. Data included will be condition ratings, replacement values, expected useful life, and a 10 year Capital Plan. Phase 2 – Data Clean-up would see standardized condition assessment data reconciled with existing data to ensure compatibility with our Asset Inventory.
