Description
Through this project, the Township of Wollaston will undertake the following asset management planning initiatives:1. Conduct core Asset Condition Assessments (per O.Reg. 588/17);2. Complete other Asset Condition Assessments (per O.Reg. 588/17);3. Develop and finalize updates to the Asset Management Plan (per O.Reg. 588/17).These planning initiatives have been selected by the Township to build upon the asset management planning work completed by the Township in 2019, in order to further satisfy the requirements of Ontario Regulation (O.Reg.) 588/17 - Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure. The Township will conduct assessments of all asset categories including roads, bridges and large culverts, waste management, buildings and land, municipal vehicles and equipment. The Township of Wollaston will develop a number of reports and an up-to-date Asset Management Plan that will fully integrate information from the asset condition assessments.
