Description
The Town of Petawawa will engage Council and staff to complete the Strategic Policy in order to complywith Section 3 of the Ontario Regulation 588/17 and through the process will increase the overallCorporation asset management awareness. In addition, an objective based, technology driven conditionassessment will be completed on all roads and sidewalks within the Town of Petawawa. A web basedsolution will be created to allow the Town to implement an overall pavement management strategy and rundifferent scenarios based on PCI or budget conditions/restraints. The software solution will allow staff andCouncil to know how decisions today will affect future PCI level of services and be able to adjust level ofservice or budgets accordingly. Finally water and sewer data will be loaded into Municipal Dataworks andconnected to our GIS mapping to allow thematic mapping and determine overall priorities between variousasset classes.
