Description
The Village of Tracy will establish a formal Asset Management Plan. All municipal capital assets will be inventoried and assessed for condition and risk. These assets include walking trails, playgrounds, fields, buildings, equipment, vehicles, and roads.A Council policy, a complete asset inventory, condition and risk assessment, a high-level climate vulnerability assessment, and a long-term financial plan will be developed. The project will review all municipal assets to estimate remaining life and current replacement cost.The Village will hold a workshop with Council to identify priority services and municipal goals and develop policy objectives to align with strategic priorities.This Asset Management Plan will provide the Village with the information and policy needed to manage assets for long-term financial sustainability and future climate change and meet the community vision.
