Description
Building on participation in the FCM-Funded AUMA/RMA/IAMA Asset Management Policy, Governance and Capacity Cohort Workshops, the Town of Black Diamond will work on a number of activities that will improve their asset management capacity.The Town will update data, conduct long- term financial modeling to assist with strategic asset management decision-making, refine asset management strategies through an update to the Asset Management Roadmap, and conduct asset management training for staff and council.
