Description
The Township of West Lincoln will develop a risk management framework, lifecycle strategy framework and levels of service framework. These activities will assist the Township in defining levels of service for roads, bridges, water, wastewater, storm, facilities, vehicles, and equipment assets. The Township will also capture the necessary information to track performance on our service areas and, in the future, document this in a comprehensive assetmmanagement plan to meet provincial requirements. Further, the development of lifecycle and risk strategies will ensure that the Township is making strategic decisions about maintenance on our assets, leading to long-term cost savings. This new capacity will ensure that the Township is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making informed infrastructure investment decisions.
