Description
The Town of Pasadena will prepare a complete asset inventory and conduct condition assessments of all major assets groups including: water distribution network, sewer network, storm network and roads network, as well as major municipal-owned buildings and structures in an electronic GIS and spreadsheet. Condition assessments will mainly be based on age for water, sewer and storm. A visual condition assessment will be undertaken for roads and buildings/structures, including water treatment plant, town hall, fire hall and recreation complex.
