Description
The Village of Fruitvale will implement a three phase asset management initiative, as follows:Phase 1 includes creating an Asset Register for the Village’s fixed infrastructure assets and utilizing a geographical information system as far as possible.Phase 2 includes prioritizing the Village’s Asset Register in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure.Phase 3 includes incorporating the Village’s Phase 1 and Phase 2 data into their current capital and operational planning procedures. The scope of this project is Phase 1 and Phase 2, and will include a feasibility and recommendations report on moving forward with Phase 3.
