Description

The City of Greater Sudbury will perform condition assessments on its buildings and facilities assets,including 24 Fire Halls that are owned, operated, and maintained by the City; some of which are located in remote locations due to the geographic footprint of the City limits. The City's Capital Projects section will retain a Building Science Consultant to assess the conditions of all existing Fire Halls. The consultant retained by the City will be responsible for assessing Fire Hall building components for legislative compliance and existing condition. The report submission will adhere to the City's standard condition rating system to enhance the City's Asset Management Database.
