Description
The Corporation of the District of Saanich will develop an Asset Management (AM) Strategy that describes the current and future state of their assets and AM practices, establishes performance measures to track the progress of their AM Program, and provides a roadmap with prioritized short, medium, and long-term actions for achieving sustainable service delivery. the District’s cross-departmental AM team will consider engineered and natural assets, integration of climate considerations with the District’s AM practices, and development of a formal, consistent approach to implementing their AM Program across the organization. Finally, the District will complete Asset Management trainings, including a Levels of Service Workshop. Theproject aligns with the asset management goals and initiatives set out in the District’s Council's Strategic Plan and Climate Plan.
