Description
The Special Areas Board is proposing this project to strengthen its asset management program by ensuring the accurate collection and analysis of data related to municipal assets and improving the effectiveness of municipal infrastructure management.The project includes required training to key municipal staff, necessary updates to asset management software, improved data collection and reporting, and development of broader asset management plans/policies. This project will also move Special Areas forward in using energy efficiency tools while supporting the development of a larger energy efficiency framework for the organization.
