Description
This study will assess the feasibility of a variety of regional storm water management options and will develop amanagement plan to protect Reynolds and its downstream and neighbouring municipalities from flooding. The area hassuffered extensive damage from snowmelt runoff and rainstorm flooding since at least 1950. This process will involvepublic consultations and will collect wetland modelling and satellite data. It will use computer simulation models andapply micro–area headwater flood–storage techniques to assess management options.
