Description
The Town of Hampton will create 25 year capital investment forecasts of each asset class: Sanitary andStorm sewers: Water Distribution; Roads and Streets; Parks and Natural areas; Facilities; Fleet; Fire andEmergency Services; Office equipment; and, Information & Technology. The forecasts will identify therequired expenditure to maintain approved performance (levels of service). The Town will develop datadrivenkey performance indicators for those asset classes for which they do not already exist. While themajority of core asset management processes already exist, a few new ones focused on data processingfor decision making support will be introduced. The town will create an asset management plan for allinfrastructure it owns.The project will provide the administration with improved means of infrastructure planning which will helpwith the overall goal of providing optimal conditions for social and economic growth of the community.
