Description
The Municipality of Grey Highlands will be updated its Asset Management Plan and developing its Asset Management Program. This includes exceeding the requirements of O.Reg 588/17 and developing the State of the Infrastructure Report including defining current levels of service, developing a lifecycle management strategy, and developing a long-term financing strategy for Asset Management Planning and capital budgeting. Additionally, the Municipality will include the training and development of the Asset Management Team, endorsed by Council in the Strategic Asset Management Policy. All members of this cross-functional are currently enrolled in the FCM/PEMAC Municipal Asset Management Program. This team will apply this training to improve the Municipality's asset management practices which will extend beyond this project.
