Description
The Municipality of Neebing will develop a comprehensive improvement plan from the Town’s existing Asset Management Plan. One improvement identified is investment support through developing a decision making prioritization process for renewal of capital infrastructure and prioritization of operations and preventative maintenance. Additionally, this project will develop an Asset Management Strategy and Roadmap as a need identified in the Town’s Asset Management Plan.
