Description
The goal of the project is to incorporate all assets into the asset management plan. There is also a plan toestablish organizational buy-in regarding the importance of asset management which will be achieved bycreating an asset management team tasked with identifying asset conditions, useful life of assets, anddesired service levels of assets. The procurement of asset management software is also imperative inorder to keep the asset management plan current.
