Description
The Municipal Corporation of the Township of Laurentian Valley will undertake the development of an asset management (AM) maturity assessment, develop an AM policy and implement a work order management and GIS software system. Through these activities Laurentian Valley will identify organizational gaps in asset management and better outline roles and responsibilities within its asset management policy. The implementation of the software will increase the planning and forecasting capacity for Laurentian Valley’s assets. In turn, this will ensure Laurentian Valley is building an effective asset management program that will assist in making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
