Description
The Town of Lemberg will contract a qualified person to develop an Asset Management Plan, complete a review of its assets (water and wastewater, buildings, roads and sidewalks and green spaces). The Town will also create a full asset inventory, rate the condition of the assets, determine replacement cost, determine levels of service, review and update any existing asset management strategy, develop a risk assessment strategy, and finally develop a financial strategy that will provide transparency and objectivity to our infrastructure decisions. The data will be entered into newly acquired software for maintaining the asset registry and financial data.
