Description
The project will build on existing corporate information and processes to achieve increased assetmanagement analysis capacities. All infrastructure asset classes will be accounted for in terms of 25-yearexpenditure and performance projections. Key asset performance indicators will be refined to increasetheir responsiveness to typical decision making circumstances. In addition to explicit asset conditiondeterioration rates, implicit functional, social, and environmental will be derived. Centralization of assetmanagement information flows will provide a system, through which, future asset management planupdates can readily be made. Strategy and policy will be established to formalize the continuous assetmanagement effort.
