Description
The Village will implement an AM Strategy, Policy, Condition Protocols and GIS software and undergo data enhancements. The development of the strategy, policy and protocols and implementation of software will allow the Village to gain an advanced understanding of its asset data and overall planning processes and lead to effective planning for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. Thestrategy and software will be critical in aligning the Village with provincial guidelines and enhancing overall understanding of our asset management program.
