Description
The Township of Cavan Monaghan will develop an Asset Management Policy and data collection protocols, as well as conduct an asset management maturity assessment and training workshops in order to build capacity in asset management and to work towards compliance with provincial requirements. These activities will assist the Township in identifying staff roles and responsibilities and program gaps and improve overall data and staff competency in asset management. This new capacity will ensure that the Township is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
