Description
The Town of Hinton's project will focus on improving asset data practices through developing condition assessment protocols, a lifecycle framework, an Asset Management plan and participating in asset management training. Ensuring the Town has accurate asset data will lead to more data driven decisions on asset maintenance and throughout the budgeting process.The training and broader understanding of the Town’s assets will facilitate entrenching asset management practices within the Town. A data driven approach to the AM program will assist in aligning with provincial recommendations and having more effective processes for asset planning.
