Description
As the Town of South Bruce Peninsula works towards fulfilling provincial requirements, we will develop a risk management framework, lifecycle strategy framework and levels of service framework, which will be integrated into our AM plan. These activities will assist us in defining levels of service for our asset classes and capture the necessary information to track performance on our service areas and document this in a comprehensive asset management plan to meet provincial requirements. Further, the development of lifecycle strategies will ensure we are making the most cost effective decisions for our assets, and will be necessary for our future asset management plans. This new capacity will ensure that we are building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
