Description
The Town of Huntsville will implement CityWide Maintenance Manager software and undergo training for the new system and for a broader understanding of effective asset maintenance. The implementation of work order software will allow the Town to gain an advanced understanding of its assets’ performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. Further, the implementation of software and systems training will be a critical piece in continuing to advance the Town’s asset data and have more involvement from staff across the organization in asset planning. In addition, the Town will be enhancing the data set of the Town's parks and trails which are a significant infrastructure asset for the Town. The parks and trails provide important amenities to the residents and visitors to the Town and are significant economic driver for the Town's tourism sector.
