Description
The Town of Quispamsis will complete two major asset management initiatives, related to parks and critical asset condition assessments. The Town will undertake a pilot study of its outdoor park and recreation sites. This will provide the Town with a standard methodology to inventory and assess the condition of outdoor park and recreation assets. The study will also equip the Town with an asset inventory data standard for outdoor recreation sites, a condition assessment program, replacement cost estimates, useful life estimates, and criticality rating guidelines.Additionally, the Town will implement a condition assessment program initiative to identify priority assets which warrant regular condition assessments; it will also develop comprehensive condition assessment programs for each department.
