Description
The Town of Deer Lake will capture all major assets (water distribution, sewer, storm water, and roadnetworks as well as major municipal-owned buildings and structures) in electronic format. All linear assetswill be captured in GIS format. Buildings and structures will be assessed and recorded in spreadsheetformat. In addition to a fully functional Desktop GIS, an easy-to-use web mapping application will also beprovided for the non-technical users.The Town will also Preliminary State of Infrastructure Reports (SOIR) on life expectancy, condition andreplacement costs of each major asset group using open-source spreadsheets.
