Description
As part of this Program, the Town of Sexsmith will assess its organizational capacity for undertaking asset management functions. This will evaluate how effectively and efficiently the Town manages its assets in accordance with the life-cycle asset management. The Town will develop an asset inventory data registry in both a tabular and visual formats. This will assist the Town to record information about its infrastructure assets such as roadway systems and buildings. The Town will develop a 10 year capital plan that takes into consideration the financial capability of the town. A list of capital improvement by priority based on possible funding options will be provided.
