The Town of Sussex recognizes the importance of an effective AM program and plans to begin to formalizean AM program by developing a basic set of objectives and define AM benefits and outcomes. The Townplans to engage the services of an Engineering firm, to improve the quality of the existing asset databaseand assign condition assessment ratings, costing, level of service and risk indicators. Asset groups to bereviewed in this project include roads, water, sanitary and storm.
