Description
The Rural Municipality of Indian Head No. 156 will prepare and adopt a new Asset Management Policy. The Asset Management Policy will set out a framework so that the municipality can better manage theassets it owns and/or operates, including roads, signs/signals, light duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, heavy equipment. This will include condition assessment, costs, life cycle, replacement costs, etc. Further, with the full cooperation, and under the direction of the municipal council, the Rural Municipality will develop an Asset Management Strategy. This Strategy will set out the vision and principles for Asset Management within the municipality and define the actions that are required to achieve its goals.
