Description
The Town of Lewisporte will implement a three phase asset management initiative. Phase 1 will include the creation of an asset register for the Town’s fixed infrastructure assets and utilizing a geographical information system as far as possible. Phase 2 will include prioritizing the Town’s asset register in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure. In Phase 3 a feasibility and planning assessment will be completed at the end of this project.
