Description
The Recipient will create a road needs study that will be used to determine the short, medium and long term maintenance, rehabilitation and repair requirements and the City's road infrastructure debt and deficit. This scope of the study will include assessing the pavement condition for roads city-wide and allow for prioritisation of maintenance and rehabilitation treatments for the current budget year and long term. The Recipeint will update pavement indexes semi-annually to ensure an accurate rehabilitation program for long term sustainability.
