Description
The purpose of this project is to improve asset management procedures in the Town of Creston, with a focus on water and wastewaster assets. The Town will complete a water and wastewater rate study, update its asset management plan while conducting a gap assessment for all assets, and improve its policies and procedures for asset management.Through this work, Creston will have a better handle on water/wastewater rates, by assessing critical life cycle water and wastewater events to create reserves and set rates as per future requirements to maintain and sustain the infrastructure. Creston will have a complete and useful asset management Policy andProcedures Framework, and it will have an updated Asset Management Plan that meets current regulations and requirements.
