Description
The Town of Flower’s Cove will compile a complete inventory of it’s major assets including linear assets,buildings and structures, and fleet. The inventory will include attribute data such as age, condition, andmaterial. The information will be organized in spreadsheet format as well as in GIS. State of InfrastructureReports will be prepared to summarize and present the information in an easily consumable format forCouncil and the public. Renewal and replacement projects will be prioritized through a risk assessmentprocess to support a Preliminary Capital Program for the Town. Council and staff will also participate inasset management training sessions as part of this initiative.
