Description
The Town of Mariah will develop its Asset Management project in three phases. Phase 1 includes creating an asset register for its fixed infrastructure assets and utilizing using a Geographical Information System (GIS). Asset groups to be captured are the Town's water, sewer, storm and road networks as well at its buildings and facilitates. In Phase 2, assets will be prioritized in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure and critical asset will be identified. Phase 3 will focus on the high priority assets (identified in Phase 2) and capital and operational strategies and policies will be developed.
