Description
The RM will capitalize on momentum developed through the initial work on asset management (roads and bridges) by expanding the breadth of the asset management planning to include all core water, sanitary, building and equipment assets. In addition, the RM will assess the current and desired condition as well as identifying the funding gap for two asset classes in order to satisfy the terms of the Municipal Gas Tax Fund Agreement. This project will involve municipal staff directly in the plan development process and provide an environment for continued learning and capacity building.
