Description
The Town of Woody Point will develop an Asset Management Policy to guide decisions on services andinfrastructure. The Town will undertake an assessment of service levels and risk to identify high prioritiesfor infrastructure replacement and renewal. Refined State of Infrastructure Reports will be preparedreflecting the level of service and risk assessment outcomes, presenting the information in an easy to readand understand format for Council and the public. Renewal and replacement projects will be prioritizedthrough a risk assessment process to support preparation of a 5-year capital program for the Town.
