Description
The Village of Granisle will include the asset inventory data already gathered into the OMI plan, that will identify all assets that are subject to inspections and preventative maintenance activities, analyze operations, maintenance, and inspection activities, and calculate the funding needed to maintain the Village’s infrastructure. Documentation of procedures, updated asset register, updated job descriptions, and a 10 year plan for the Village will be prepared.The project activities will broaden the Village’s understanding of the true cost of the current services being delivered as it pertains to the operating budget and the level of service being delivered. It will also provide the Village with an understanding of the resource requirements to successfully complete all tasks.
