Description
With the AM funding, Lac Ste. Anne County (the County) plans to achieve the following objectives:1. To implement a comprehensive asset management software to connect the cross-function team in making informed infrastructure investment decisions based on the stronger asset management practices;2. To train the County cross-function team to implement the asset management software and practice in its management.;3. To transfer the County existing asset inventory into its AM asset management program, collecting the data regarding the condition of its existing 1870km of roads and 217 bridges etc., and connecting all this information with the County ArcGIS system;4. To incorporate the asset management into the County daily practice and provide useful information for decision making .
