Description
The town of Garnish will implement an Asset Management project that will be done in three phases. Phase 1 will be creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and using a Geographical Information System (GIS). In Phase 2, assets will be prioritized in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure and critical asset will be identified. Phase 3 will focus on the high priority assets (identified in Phase 2) and capital and operational strategies and policies will be developed.
