Description
The Municipality of Killarney will create an Excel Asset Register Spreadsheet system in which more detailed attribute information can be documented. Building Condition Assessments will be completed by a qualified third party and added to the register. This system will help staff and council determine project priorities and form the basis of the Asset Management Capital Plan. This system will also support the availability of accurate and up to date information within the organization.
