Description
This project will consist of the improvement and continued development of the Community of Three Rivers'(formerly Village of Petitcodiac) Asset Management Plan. It will include establishing target service levelsand their performance measures in order to assess the gap between target levels and current service levels.The risk assessment will be updated to include the impact of climate change while expanded inventory datawill be compiled for certain assets and entered into the inventory tools (GIS and Excel tool).Recommendations will be identified following the assessment of climate change vulnerabilities. Adaptationor mitigation measures for high-risk assets will also be identified. Life cycle analysis will be performed todetermine the detailed investment requirements of the assets. A strategy to manage the financial gaps willbe developed based on the findings of current service levels versus target service levels. Finally, 5- and10-year spending plans will be generated based on asset priorities as well as future projects. Thesespending plans will be presented in a summary document to be frequently referenced and utilized duringthe annual budgeting.
