Description
The RM of Mountain will involve staff, management and council time and resources in gathering data for the RM’s asset inventory. It will also include research and development of policies and procedures that the RM of Mountain will implement in carrying forward with Asset Management Practices. With these policies and procedures, and asset inventories in place the Asset Management Team can discuss Levels of Service and Risk Assessments for major asset classes. The RM hopes to have a basic Asset Management plan in place once the project has been completed.
