Description
The Town of Carman will implement an Asset Management Strategy and CityWide Asset Manager software. The development of strategy and implementation and data work on CityWide software will provide an advanced understanding of asset performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The asset management strategy will be critical in enhancing the overall understanding of the asset management program and putting in place the most effective practices. The implementation of asset management software will be a critical piece in continuing to advance asset data. These activities will advance the asset management program and provide tools for accurate reporting.
