Description
The Township of Madawaska will complete a detailed assessment of buildings to gather more accurate asset information that will be used to develop future frameworks and plans. A more accurate asset data is a critical piece to the advancement of the township AM practices as it will allow a more effective long-term planning that takes into account the condition of the assets. Further, provincial regulations require advanced knowledge on levels of service and lifecycle, the town will use the updated data to build out those frameworks that will be input into future AM plans.
