Description
The RM of Cartier will launch a living asset management program that establishes repeatable workflows utilizing data driven knowledge to continuously improve operations, make better data-driven decisions, and enhance asset productivity, efficiency, and investment effectiveness by: 1) instituting a strategic asset management plan; 2) adopting software tools to effectively capture, track, and plan asset data sets; 3) improving capital and operational investment decisions; 4) propelling asset lifecycle requirements gathering, procurement, repair, maintenance, upgrades, and deterioration / disposition management; 5) bettering asset resource capacity planning and deployment; 6) ameliorating risk through improved asset risk identification, assessment, evaluation, and service level agreements.
