Description
The City of Port Colborne works towards compliance with Ontario’s asset management requirements, it will update its original risk and criticality models and lifecycle framework, format and upload newly collected data in its software system, undertake training on risk, lifecycle, and condition, and implement a work order management software module. These activities will assist the City in producing more accurate forecasting on lifecycle and risk for its assets and with linking its assetmanagement data with real-time work orders and activities happening in the field to its assets. These activities will ensure that the City is building an effective asset management program.
