Description
"Through this project, the City of Lloydminster will build greater asset management awareness and capacity
within administration to understand the scope and role of asset management plans in municipal planning,
budgeting, and decision-making. The City will develop a consistent asset management plan framework for
asset-owning departments that will allow them to create a first draft asset management plan. The City
recognizes the importance of growing competencies in the areas of ‘people and leadership’ and ‘data and
information’. As a result of this project, the City will have an updated asset management roadmap, well trained staff and a new asset management governance structure."
