Description
The Nelson Hydro AM Program is a 3-5 year program. This application forms the scope of the project’sfirst year focusing on Policy & Governance, Data & Information and Planning & Decision-Making competency areas through the creation of an AM Policy, performing a Condition Assessment with performance data/metrics, and then creating an AM Asset Class Plan for the City’s critical Generation Assets. These three activities will lay a solid foundation from which all future Asset Management continuous improvement activities can be based.
