Description
The Village of Blacks Harbour recognizes the importance of an effective AM program. The Village plans toengage the services of Engineering firm, CBCL Limited, to develop an Asset Inventory database bycompleting a field survey to pick up key asset data, complemented by anecdotal information from staff.Field work will also be used to determine the condition of each asset. Asset groups to be reviewed in thisproject include roads, water, sanitary and storm. Additional work will be completed to do a preliminaryassessment of level of service, risk and cost analysis.
